Volvo Honors a Milestone by Pressing on with More Luxury for the Future

Our brand isn't exactly new to Syracuse, NY. The new Volvo lineup has been delivering safety, style, and all kinds of luxury to local divers for decades. But we certainly can't claim to have as much history on our side of the Atlantic as folks do in Sweden.

April 24 marks the 50th Anniversary of the inauguration of the brand's assembly plant in Torslanda. A milestone like that certainly doesn't present itself every day, so the brass has decided to mark the occasion by unveiling an all-new body shop in the same location on the very same day things got underway in 1964. Of course, this automaker is far from being stuck in the past. On the contrary, they still seem to be leading the charge in terms of safety and convenience technology. Furthermore, they're upping their luxury game in the coming year.

The all-new Inscription Package adds even more refinement than we currently have in the Volvo model range. In addition to getting more comprehensive infotainment services, drivers will also enjoy the benefit of further personalizing their vehicles. With unique exterior paintjobs, new leather interior color schemes, and wheel sizing and style options, you'll now be able to tailor your Volvo to your taste.

For more details about the Inscription Package, we invite you to visit our Alan Byer Volvo showroom. While you're here we can also help you get a feel for a current XC60 or an S80 out on the road.
